Right to Object: Clients will have the right to object on grounds relating to their particular situation and data will not be processed unless Doon Care Ltd can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for further processing. Right to Restriction: Clients will have the right to restrict processing of personal data if the data is deemed to be inaccurate, processing is deemed to be unlawful or data is no longer required by Doon Care Ltd in regard to any legal claims.
Right to Data Portability: Clients will have the right to receive any personal data concerning them in a structured format suitable for onward transmission to another organisation.
